Be finished with your answers by 4:00pm for marking and prizes!
This is an outdoor event involving walking, so please dress accordingly.
The Treasure Hunt takes a sideways look at the area around the former Streatham Hill Theatre (latterly a Bingo Hall).
Follow the route and collect ‘treasure’ by solving the clues – cryptic, factual, historical and silly! Take a stroll, keep your eyes open, and at the same time discover all sorts of interesting things about the Streatham Hill area, the Theatre and the Friends campaign.
Why not bring your family and friends to form a team of up to 6 people? Suitable for all the family, the route covers an area centred on Streatham Hill Theatre, from Streatham Hill Station in the south and Pullman Court in the north.
Just turn up, there’s no charge, and there will be prizes, kindly donated by local businesses!
The trail has been compiled by London Blue Badge Tourist Guide JOY LEVENE. A lover of all things theatrical and literary, she specialises in Walking Tours London-wide, in every Borough, including a number of charity Treasure Hunts. She has a life-time experience in amateur dramatics, as performer and director, and ran a children’s drama club.
