‘Pause & Breathe’ – FREE 30 minute Session – Start Your Week With Calm.
A time of essential self-care for those who are busy, feel stressed and overwhelmed.
Take time out to slip into a space of calm rest and de-stress without feeling guilty.
‘Pause & Breathe’ is an opportunity to:
• Breathe deeply and properly.
• Release worry, tension and anxiety.
• Gain a sense of inner peace, balance and calm.
We will go through various stress relief exercises, breath work and relaxation methods, designed to support the mind, and body, reduce stress and transform it into calm energy.
You’ll leave feeling:
• lighter, relaxed and refreshed.
• grounded, centred and focused.
• recharged and rejuvenated, so you can feel your best for your week ahead.
