Embroidery Workshops at Woodfield Pavilion
11 October @ 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Get creative during Streatham Festival 2020 and join local artist and Woodfield volunteer, Rosanna McNamara, for two hand embroidery workshops at The Woodfield Pavilion on Tooting Common.
Tickets include an embroidery kit with embroidery thread and hoop, a needle and a cotton tote bag to customise, as well as a free tea or coffee.
With Rosanna’s guidance, you will learn the basics to embroidery, how to mount a hoop, practice simple stitches and start creating your own embroidered tote bag to take home. Alternatively, you can bring your own materials and project to work on.
The workshops are open to all abilities and ages. Please note, children 11 and under must be accompanied by an adult as the workshops involve needles and sharp scissors.
Concession (unwaged, student): £5

Standard, member and concession tickets include an embroidery kit you can take home, with a cotton tote bag, thread, needle and a hoop.
