Influenced and inspired by the outdoor spaces, in and around my neighbourhood I go walking with my camera.  Here I photograph moments of the world as I see it, focusing on the beauty, and sometimes quirkiness of the local area, treasuring the peace and harmony of the natural world.  I’m also fascinated by and drawn to abandoned objects, pondering the stories, traces of life, and memories they hold.

Being outdoors, specifically the open spaces of Streatham Common and Tooting Commons, the woodlands and bodies of water are the environments where the day begins, ends, or is somewhere in-between.  Although familiar, there is always something new to see or be seen with a different perspective.  I capture these fleeting stories in their unfiltered state or in an abstract way.

With the photographs I make I share the serenity of our local outdoor spaces in both literal and abstract forms.  Join me, and together we’ll explore and preserve the beauty on our doorstep.
