Born in West London to Irish parents, Bernadette moved to Streatham in 1994. Whilst paining mainly large abstract acrylics, she usually has a loved one in mind so the paintings convey warmth, heart and hope. This painting of Southsea Beach, Portsmouth was painted for Beth.
During lockdown, Bernadette practised portraits so intends to show some of her recent pencil sketches as well as new acrylic works.
