ART23, is a progressive art trail focused around the Streatham High Road (the A23) as part of Streatham Festival. This year the festival takes place the 5th to 14th October 2018. Local businesses and venues offer window and/or wall space to artists, offering an alternative platform to display their work, and engage a new and diverse audience.
In recent years ART23 has included over 40 venues. Space is varied and so lends itself to a wide range of disciplines. This year gallerist Graham A Hunter and his partner Sharon are curating. We are looking to continue the art trails success and bring work of even higher quality to the residents of Streatham.
Artists should be available or make arrangements to hang/install their work on Friday 5th October and take down October 15th / 16th. ART23 invites serious interest from all South London based artists. We promote through the festival website and have a comprehensive flyer and poster campaign as well as a successful advertorial deal with Heart Streatham, the area’s monthly free magazine with a circulation of 17,000.
Take part, expand your horizons and reach out to promote your work to a wider audience. Not only is it fun but it’s free to submit your work.
